What we collect

When you send a request through the form: your name, your phone number, the treatment you selected, the time you suggested and whatever you write in the note field.

When you only browse the site: the page address, the page you came from, your browser and operating system, and a shortened record of your network address. This is gathered by the statistics tool running on our own server.

Nowhere on this site do we ask for your date of birth, home address, documents or payment details.

Why we use it

To call you back and agree on a time. To keep a written record of the request so that nothing is lost between the message and the session. To see which pages people actually read, so that we can make them better.

How long we keep it

Requests are stored for twelve months and then deleted. Statistics are kept in aggregated form and carry no way to identify you.

Who else can see it

The site runs on hosting provided by Namecheap, and their servers hold the database in which requests are stored.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp and follows the privacy terms of Meta rather than ours.

The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading it lets Google see that your browser asked for the map.

We do not sell your details and we do not hand them to anyone for advertising.

Cookies

The site sets technical cookies needed for page caching and, if you sign in, for the administrator session. There is no advertising or tracking cookie here. You may block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or write to +994 51 338 07 15 and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the European Union, the same rights apply to you under the GDPR.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
